Vapor Aymerich Amat i Jover
Today known as  mNACTEC (Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia), this is an old textile factory located on the Rambla d’Egara. The building is known for its modernist design by the architect Lluis Muncunill, who also did the Masia Freixa.






Catedral del Sant Esperit
It is a religious building located in Plaça Vella and was dedicated to the Holy Spirit. It was built between 1574 and 1616, of Gothic design, but since construction several renovations have been done because of wars and deterioration caused by time.







Castell  Cartoixa de Vallparadís
The first mention is in a document of 1110, when Berenguer Sanlà and his wife  Emeressendis bought some land to build his home from the Count of Barcelona . In 1344 Blanca  de Centelles gave the castle to the monks and it became a monastery. In 1944 it was declared a historical monument and after numerous repairs in 1959, Terrassa’s Museum was installed there.                                                   




Esglesies de Sant Pere
The monumental church of Sant Pere de Terrassa are the Romanesque churches of San Pere, San Miguel and Santa Maria, located in the old town of San Pere. In the early twentieth century  the three churches were restored. The complex was declared a national monument in 1931, and  place of historical interest in 1985. Today is one of the six sections of the Terrassa’s Museum.




Masia freixa
Masia Freixa is a modernist building located in the park of Sant Jordi, in the neighborhood of Ca n'Aurell. Built in 1896, the building became a jewel of modernist Terrassa, with its structure of arches and vaults, and walls painted white, and with a high tower resembling a minaret.
For many years it has hosted the Municipal Conservatory of Music and now hosts the Office of Tourism of the City Council.



 Mercat de la Independència
Is the central market of Terrassa  and,  traditionally, the most important. Occupies an entire city triangular  block, overlooking the Raval de Montserrat, the Rambla d’Egara and Goleta street. It is a modernist building designed by architects Antonio Pascual (between 1904 and 1906) and Melchior Vinyals and Muñoz, from that year until 1908, when it opened.




Parc de Vallparadís

It is the central and most important park in Terrace. It is the valley of torrent of Vallparadís and crosses the city from north to south. With an area of 395.500 m2 including North Park is one of the largest urban parks in Catalonia. Is the borderline between the Neighborhoods Centre, Segle XX, Can Palet, Cemetiri vell, Vallparadís , Antic poble de Sant Pere and Sant Pere Nord.







Parc Vallès

The diversity and thematic breadth of this great leisure park guarantee a break and fresh air within a large space to walk around and choose in which of our locations you will enjoy and share good times with family, friends, couples, groups working , etc






Torre del Palau
The tower is the only remnant of Castell Palau de Terrassa, at the time of maximum expansion extended its domain from the Llobregat to Ripoll, from Sant Cugat to Pla de Bages. The tower, which was taken well into the nineteenth century, the only structure that still right since 1891.
